Preparation of Will writing. This is to enable it to be produced in the civil court for the preparation of the Grant of Probate.

The Grant of Probate is a court order, authorizing an Executor/Trustee named in a Will to administer the deceased’s estate in accordance to the directions of the Will.

If the deceased left no Will, then the law provides that the person will have died Intestate. This means that the deceased’s estate will be distributed according to the Intestacy Rules.
